1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Atlantic Village Ladies Lounge’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 30th May 2014 and Saturday 31st May 2014 on Heart North Devon.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Atlantic Village, EX39 3QU and find the Heart Angels.  Entry will open at 10:30 and close at 16:00 on both Friday 30th May and Saturday 31st May 2014.

4.    Entrants will need to find the Heart Angels at Atlantic Village and enter their details on the Heart Angel iPads. 

5.    From all the valid entries one winner will be picked at random. The winner will be contacted using the information they provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond to contact made by Global Radio within 28 days of the competition closing a new winner/s will be picked.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be aged 18 years of age or older.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive a £100 Marks and Spencer voucher.

9.    Prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative..

10.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
